Before RyderX we were managing rider hiring in-house — QID checks, insurance, daily no-shows. Now we have 18 dedicated riders on contract and our delivery SLA is consistently above 94%. It genuinely changed how we run our kitchen.

We evaluated three fleet suppliers. RyderX was the only one that provided a proper SLA document, monthly reporting, and a named account manager from day one. For a pharmacy chain, chain-of-custody matters — they understood that without us having to explain it.

Our story

Redefining how
Qatar moves.

RyderX Delivery Services W.L.L. was founded in Qatar with a single, clear purpose — to give local businesses access to a professional, fully compliant, and genuinely scalable last-mile delivery workforce, without the complexity of building one in-house.

From Doha’s vibrant food and retail scene to the region’s fast-evolving e-commerce and pharmacy sectors, we deliver speed, reliability, and accountability where it matters most. Our model was designed from the ground up for the Qatar market: riders under proper sponsorship, operations aligned with Ministry of Transport requirements, and service contracts built around the client’s SLA — not the other way around.

Today we serve over 50 clients, moving 500+ orders per day across Doha, with a rider fleet that can scale to meet your peak in as little as 48 hours.

We operate under full Qatar regulatory compliance — all riders hold valid QIDs and motorcycle licences, vehicles carry mandatory insurance, and operations meet Ministry of Transport land-transport requirements. Clients should confirm specific regulatory details with local authorities as requirements may change.

🎯 Our Mission

To provide businesses in Qatar with fast, reliable, and professional delivery services through our network of trained bike riders, ensuring every order arrives on time while creating meaningful, legal employment opportunities for riders.

🚀 Our Vision

To be Qatar’s most trusted B2B delivery partner, revolutionising last-mile logistics with efficiency, technology, and people-first solutions — and expanding across the region as the go-to delivery workforce provider.
